This project was challenging as we had to extend the current bathroom into a back room that appeared to be an extension to the property; this involved breaking through an external wall and installing an RSJ. Since the master bathroom was located on the first floor it introduced some limits to the extended part of the bathroom. We suggested a nice solution of having a shower cubical in there that worked perfectly well.

Despite the extension, the bathroom was still fairly narrow and we had to install a 1500mm bath in order for it to fit. Overall, the customer was so happy and impressed that we ended up renovating the whole property.

This project involved the following specialist and skills: bathroom designer, bathroom fitter, RJS (load bearing beam) installers, flooring specialist, carpenter, tiler, plumber, plasterer, electrician, painter and decorator services. It was completed in Wavendon  in Milton Keynes in 2014.
