Meera has contacted us via our website requesting a quotation on renovation works in the property they just moved in.

As later discovered, our quotation was the highest out of 4 by £10k from the second cheapest, yet she decided to use our services. We have managed to complete a number of projects in two stages. The first stage included the following work:

• master bathroom renovation;
• plastering work, replacing all internal door frames and doors; painting and decorating;
• cloak room redesign, structural work, new fuse board;
• new kitchen supplied and fitted with under floor heating and karndean flooring;
• moving boiler, installing provisions for later garage conversion.

A few year later she contacted us with the request to convert one part of the double garage into a massage saloon with the toilet and heating. As part of the second stage we have also supplied and fitted aircon/heat unit with remote control.
