The customer contacted us when they just moved into their new property and realised there was a lot more work than anticipated.

We ended up doing the following:

• complete master bathroom and cloakroom renovation including installing RSJ;
• kitchen and utility room renovation;
• all door frames and doors replacement;
• supply and fit of new combi-boiler;
• new electrics;
• all new flooring;
• a lot of smaller work including waterproofing the property on the ground floor.

The customer sold the property within two years and bought a bungalow in Bletchley that required total renovation and included loft conversion with en-suite and customer build-in furniture, new master bathroom, heating and plumbing, electrics etc.
