We are thrilled with our garage conversion and extension. Obviously we embarked on the enterprise with a budget and trepidation. Our experience of builders is limited. Eric took our initial thoughts and transformed them into a staged solution. We decided Eric’s advice was right and did the extension first, then conversion. Eric project managed the work closely - 3 months quote was 3 months delivered, and Eric kept us informed every step with visits, mail, text, phone. The quality of Mariusz’ work is superb - a multi-skilled craftsman. Chris’ electrics are just as we asked for. Both solved technical issues they encountered. We exceeded our original budget - but this was our choice in consultation with Eric as we decided to make change additions to give us an enhanced solution. The result exceeds our expectations and we believe is reflected in the new capital value of our home. A stress-free experience: we would recommend you trust the team to give you a quality solution.

I can highly recommend Eric and his team. Smart Fit Solutions renovated my house and built me two en-suite bathrooms and an external utility room and toilet.
The works were finished to a very high standard, with excellent attention to detail and quality finishing everywhere. Eric's team were very tidy and polite. Eric also came up with solutions which I had not thought about and which worked out far better than my original plans. 18 months later, I am still very satisfied with his work. Their aftercare is also excellent - Eric is proud of his work and a few minor issues and teething problems which occurred were sorted out immediately at no extra cost.
The build was delivered on time and on a reasonable budget. His quote was not the cheapest but the quality and reliability of the works were well worth it. He never asked for extra money, unlike other builders who try to add to the budget once into the build.

Smart fit are truly a great company to get any of your home projects looking stunning.
The director is a friendly charismatic guy who loves to provide you with a great service. He answered all the questions, filled in any unsurities and is extremely knowledgable to provide sound advice on build and design. He was also able to advise us on pitfall areas which we could not see.
Smart fit Solutions completed a full renovation of our kitchen. The workmanship is to a high standard and his workforce tackle the project very quickly. If you have an issue, no problem - they are on the phone or at your house to deal with it so quickly. Smart fit also did a few extra small jobs at no extra cost just to help us through the project. The director also listen to our personal ideas and tried his best to find a solution to cat r for our needs.
A great job. Very pleased with the work. My only regret is that I wish I had the money for Smart fit to do my whole house to the high standard they did on my kitchen. If you have the money to do renovations ...leave it in their hands. You won’t regret it!

Well impressed with Eric and his team from Smart Fit Solutions. They have done a brilliant job with our Kitchen, Bathrooms and the extension. Having had several bad experiences with builders over the years, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with SFS. Once the project specs were agreed and handed over to SFS, there was very minimal involvement from my side and they managed the project very well and more importantly on time! Happy to recommend.
