The house Nikki had recently bought was extended and an en-suite was built on the first floor. We received a call from Nikki shortly after replacing all the internal doors with the door frames together, with the entrance door. She reported that the toilet has fallen through the floor in the en-suite and asked us to renovate it!

We quickly discovered that the floor in the extension was not up to the required standards: the joists used were much smaller than required and spaced too far apart. We rebuilt the floor structure, renovated the en-suite with under-floor heating and installed a Bluetooth speaker system. Please view the gallery to see the before and after photos.

This project involved the following specialist and skills: en-suite designer, en-suite installer, flooring specialist, carpenter, tiler, plumber, plasterer, electrician, painter and decorator services. It was completed in Bletchley in Milton Keynes in 2013.
