Gail moved from Milton Keynes into her new home in Hanslope where the existing kitchen was small and dark. After considering different options it was decided to move the kitchen into a neighbouring room with a nice garden view. This brought some light and space into the new kitchen, turning it into a very desirable space.
We fully designed, supplied and installed the kitchen including changing all the plumbing and electrics to accommodate the new kitchen layout.
This project involved the following specialist and skills: kitchen designer in Milton Keynes, kitchen fitters, flooring specialists, carpenters, tilers, plumbers, plasterers, electricians, painter and decorator services. It was completed in Hanslope in 2016.
We have done another kitchen renovation for Gail before she moved home from Milton Keynes to Hanslope. She asked us to move the kitchen to another room and fully design, supply and fit it for her including Karndean flooring. When we were half way through the kitchen installation she requested a quotation for the master bathroom renovation. We have successfully completed both projects and asked for a video feedback.
The bathroom was a straight forward renovation. We moved the toilet and sink from their original positions, re-built the wardrobe, replaced the ceiling and plastered the room. We also introduced IP65 LED lights and an extractor fan with timer. The ‘P’ shape bath was Gail’s choice and worked well in the new layout. Walls and floor were tiled and grouted and the project was completed on time and within budget.

This is the first project that we carried out for Gail, a kitchen renovation in her previous Milton Keynes home. It was a big project as it involved opening up the old supporting wall and levelling the room by 150mm to ensure the floor was at the required height.
We designed, supplied and installed the kitchen including replacing and moving the boiler, new electrics, all new plasterboard walls and ceiling, plastering and painting the room, introducing and fitting a double door to the living room, converting the space under the staircase into storage with doors and light, fitting new kitchen cabinets with worktops and tiling the walls and floors. The before and after photos are a good example of what can be done to an old and tired property.
